Over time, we have carried out complex structural consolidation works for residential, commercial and industrial buildings, managing to restore the safety and stability of constructions affected by degradation, subsidence or additional demands.

Column and wall jacketing

In numerous rehabilitation and modernization projects, we executed column and wall jacketing works, significantly increasing the load-bearing capacity and rigidity of existing structures. By applying an additional reinforced concrete layer properly bonded to the initial element, we successfully strengthened buildings affected by cracks and degradation.

Beam–column joint strengthening

By intervening in critical structural nodes, we improved seismic performance and reduced the risk of local failure in buildings executed under outdated regulations or subjected to additional loads, with minimal impact on the existing structure and reduced execution time.

Carbon fiber and laminate strengthening

We used carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP) systems in projects requiring fast and non-invasive strengthening. By applying CFRP materials, we increased the bending and shear resistance of beams, columns, and slabs without adding significant additional weight to the structure.

Concrete slab stabilization

We successfully stabilized concrete slabs affected by settlement and voids in the support layer, both in industrial halls and logistics platforms or parking areas. Through special resin injections, we restored flatness and load-bearing capacity without major demolition works. By installing stabilizing cylinders, we halted settlement progression and properly redistributed loads.
